Email team@wiseonlineparent.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number or the email you used at checkout. We'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. No forms. No hoops. No awkward questions.
This policy applies to all individual guides and the Complete Library bundle. If you purchased the bundle, a refund covers the full bundle price.
We wrote these guides because we believe parents deserve better resources. If we haven't delivered on that, a refund is the right thing to do. We'd rather you walk away feeling respected than feel stuck with something that didn't help.
